In a major move to scale manufacturing capabilities and support premium global retail brands, LuxePack Pro has officially completed the installation of its new state-of-the-art automated production hall. The expansion introduces high-speed Swiss-engineered V-groove machinery and automated gilded border hot-foil stamping presses, boosting our rigid box daily capacity to over 35,000 units.

The cornerstone of the expansion is the integration of advanced automatic V-grooving machinery. Traditional rigid boxes are made by simply folding greyboard, which results in slightly rounded corners. With our new V-grooving lines, the greyboard is sliced with absolute precision, removing a clean 90-degree channel. When folded, the corners form crisp, sharp, flawless 90-degree edges, meeting the strict structural requirements of high-end cosmetics and jewelry brands.

By fully automating these complex finishing steps, LuxePack Pro has reduced lead times for bulk custom orders from 15 days down to an industry-leading 10-12 days, while maintaining our strict zero-defect QA standard.
